Change and return
We grant a 14-day exchange / return right for all our products.
Sale items, underwear, CDs / DVDs and jewelery are NOT exchangeable or returnable.
6/2014 In accordance with the amendment, the customer is responsible for the costs of return / exchange.
When returning / exchanging the product, pack the product in the original packaging, fill in the return notification and pack it according to the shipment and send it to Suomen Rockpaidat, Sulapuronkatu 1, 33700 Tampere, Finland.
Returned products must be unused and in good condition for sale. We do not replace products if they are soiled (eg animal hair) or damaged during fitting. We recommend that you check your package in the presence of the postman. If the package has been damaged in transit and if the ordered / ordered products have been damaged, make a damage report immediately at the post office.

Delivery method and time
Orders are delivered by post as a postal package or letter depending on the weight of the package. The ordered products will be delivered within about two weeks.
